Packaging

All products will be protected when wrapped.

Each print, original or product will receive a stamp of the logo with the date it was made or printed.

For original, commissions and custom products, you will receive a signed certificate of authenticity as well as a dated stamp.

Processing Time: (I will inform you once I have dispatched your product)

For products in stock; allow 3-5 business days for the product(s) to be dispatched to you.

If you have requested for a products which is currently out of stock, please allow 7 - 12 business days for your products to be dispatched.

For custom orders, please allow 7 - 12 days for your order to be dispatched as they are custom made to you.

All delivery will be through the Royal Mail.

An option to fast track your item will be available at the check out process.

Shipping Time:​

Fast tracked delivery to the UK: 1-2 days.

Standard UK Delivery: 2-3 days.

Europe deliveries usually take 3 - 5 days.

Worldwide shipping: 3 - 5 days

Shipping charges are free for orders over £60.
Refunds and Exchanges
REFUNDS

If it has been 30 days since your purchase, then unfortunately I won't be able to refund you for your prints.

I will need proof of your purchase; an email or receipt of the item.

The item would need to be unused and undamaged and sent back in it's original packaging.

IF APPLICABLE:

Once I have received the proof of purchase, then I can issue you a refund if applicable and inform you.

I will issue the refund to your original form of payment.

Do check your bank account within 3-5 days of when you have been informed.

If payment is late, do get in touch and I can get this sorted for you.

REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
​I cannot order a refund for custom orders. These include;

Custom Sizes

Custom orders such as commissions or gifts.

EXCHANGES:
You can exchange your art print for another but the same conditions for returning, will apply here:

If it has been 30 days since your last purchase, you can exchange an art print for another of the same size (if available)

I will need to see proof of purchase; an email or receipt.

The item would need to be unused and undamaged. And put into it's original packaging.

Once I have received the proof of purchase, then I can make the exchange (if applicable).

EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
I cannot issue an change for custom orders. These include;

Once I have received the proof of purchase, then I can issue you an exchange if applicable and inform you.

I will issue your exchange and you will be informed of when the item has been dispatched.
